Sorry for the problems with the lab over the weekend. There was a server room that overheat and much of the network is down, including the network where the partner lab resides. Our estimated time to restore functionality is during the business day tomorrow - 10/11/16 after a switch is replaced. It may be sooner, hopefully and perhaps, but to set expectations it may be not until tomorrow.
