Requsting a support in Lenel Onguard and pelco integration support
Currently we are integrating Lenel Onguard version 6.6.582 and Pelco Endura Video server: NSM5200 (firmware version 1.12.0-1073) & System Manager : SM5200 (version 1.5.0.0063). I have added the video server in onguard manually and cameras have been imported to onguard. These imported cameras and NSM are showing online in Alarm monitoring. Panel download alarm events, video analytics events are reflecting in alarm monitoring. But I am not able to see cameras live feed and getting error when launching live video as "Error Communicating with the video recorder". pleas support to fix this issue and let me know the root cause if any one faced already.

From the information in your post, it sounds like some communication is successful, but getting actual video packets is the problem. You might check to see how things are set up for UDP video traffic, and if it is set up for Unicast or Multicast. Wireshark is a handy tool to troubleshoot network issues, in this case you can use it to see if video UDP packets are arriving or not to the client end where you are trying to get the video.
Our forums are not the best place for your question, however, as we support developers who are writing solutions using VideoXpert SDK, or questions developers may have for previous solutions that were using Pelco SDK or Pelco API. Instead I suggest that you reach out to Pelco Product Support using the options on pelco.com under "Contact Us" or under the Support tab here: "Support".

I have checked with wireshark and there is no packet losses. then I have approached OAAP-lenel on this regard and got the below comments.
When you launch live video, if the video window opens up immediately and then the video does not display this is relat3ed to the Endura recorder and not OnGuard. So this could be some kind of setup issue, permissions not correct or even something at the recorder.
May I have any solutions chris? we totally fed up on this. please advice
