live video frozen

We are developing with SDK v3.4.0-12174. IDE vs2012

The live video is pausing when I try to move the camera (call PTZControlWrapper::ContinuousMove). When I reconnect (call to _DPelcoAPICOMViewerPtr::StartRtspStream and _DPelcoAPICOMViewerPtr::PlayForward) the video is playing.

What can I do?

PS1:
This is the output
