No response from pdnimprovements@pelco.com

Hi, I've been tasked with integrating our software with a VideoXpert system and I've sent a couple of emails to pdnimprovements@pelco.com requesting access to some hardware I can test with but it's been several weeks and I haven't received any responses. Any chance I could get some help with this?

Hi Tim, I'm sorry for the delay in response to the email address. My suggestion for your request is to reach out to our sales and marketing time to make them aware of your need and your project. From there they can also reach out to our Business Development Mangers who can get in touch with you.

Additionally I've informed others of your request in the hopes that someone who has access to that address can possibly get back to you. I would reach out to sales in the meantime.
