The past few days I've been trying to connect to SM5200 (192.168.5.10:60001) over at the VPN Lab but it kept giving me the response that the "Device is Offline". May I know if this device is really offline or does the fault lies on my end?

It was offline due to an internal need to conduct some testing. It wasn't put back to it's original state before the weekend, unfortunately, since we had a team using it for a very specific bit of testing requiring the use of the secondary NIC interface.
Long story short, it is back up and online again now as of this morning. It may have similar issues this week and next potentially, though our hope is that it will not. Sorry for the inconvenience!
